Budgets are important and we are focused on maximizing your money’s worth starting with low weekday and weekend rates for Support Workers.

Count on your support worker to accompany your daily living at home, at work and out in the community. We love doing camps, interstate trips and day trips.

NDIS Respite

Where family members are primary carers, being able to be everywhere and do everything is at times constrained. It could be completing a course with class contact hours, ongoing participation in the workplace – it is your time. tapping into NDIS respite can free up your schedule. Even short NDIS respite stays can be meaningful. Twice a week for 2-3 hours could be all that is required.

Care Team

Our care team has successfully cared for Tetraplegic and Quadriplegic clients of all ages as part of a multi agency care team. Your Care can support clients with extended shifts as well as emergency coverage when permanent carers are unable to work.

We work with clients and their families to determine the right personality fit and diligently monitor outcomes for non-verbal clients.

You Are In Control

Your Care staff are remunerated at or above Award rates for the sector. What you get is what you pay for. When you, your Service Coordinator or Plan Manager engage Your Care, you can expect to tap into Care Coordinators who are accountable to deliver coherent support and achieve agreed outcomes. While Self Managing provides you with control over how your NDIS funds are spent, you can count on TGCA to not only deliver support and care services, but to monitor outcomes, identify opportunities and communicate with all relevant stakeholders.
